The Black Leadership Conference during BlackLuxe Picnic Festival weekend is designed to educate attendees on various topics such as starting and maintaining a profitable business, building generational wealth, financial literacy, diversity inclusion, mental health and behavioral health, black family development, physical fitness and more. The conference will take place on Friday February 17th at the Boynton Beach Culture and Arts Center, West Palm Beach from 9am to 2pm and will feature various speakers from the industries listed above.

The Blackluxe Black Leadership Conference will include an address by our Keynote Speaker, followed by panelist segment, a question-and-answer segment followed by breakout seasons for group engagement with speakers/vendors. Lunch will also be served.
